Agung Afif — CEO & Founder, Visionary Leader

Agung Afif serves as CEO of both Bali Salt Sea and parent company Juara Holding Group. His vision recognizes that heritage assets like Amed’s salt farming tradition represent significant untapped value when properly positioned in global markets. Rather than extracting maximum profit through industrial scaling, Agung invests in building authentic brands that genuinely benefit heritage communities while achieving international recognition.

Made Dharma Putra — Head of Production, Third-Generation Salt Artisan

Made Dharma Putra represents the third generation of salt artisans in our family. From childhood, he learned salt farming from his father, absorbing decades of accumulated knowledge about water selection, crystallization timing, and traditional methods. Made’s expertise extends beyond technical skill—he embodies the embodied knowledge that cannot be taught through manuals but must be learned through years of daily immersion in salt farming.

As Head of Production, Made oversees all salt creation from water collection through final packaging. He manages relationships with salt farming families, coordinates harvest scheduling with seasonal conditions, and maintains quality standards ensuring every batch meets GI and PDO requirements. Made’s deep understanding of Amed’s waters and climate patterns is irreplaceable—he reads conditions that instruments cannot measure, judges crystallization stages through observation and intuition, and makes decisions about harvest timing that protect quality above all other considerations.

Ni Ketut Sari Dewi — Export Manager, International Trade Specialist

Ni Ketut Sari Dewi manages all international logistics, documentation, and export coordination. Her 10+ years of international trade experience ensures that Bali Salt Sea products reach global customers meeting all regulatory requirements and arriving in perfect condition. I Wayan Sudana manages day-to-day salt farm operations and relationships with 50+ salt farming families that produce our salt. I Wayan coordinates harvest timing, manages labor scheduling, oversees equipment maintenance, and serves as liaison between our farming families and central management.

Kadek Ayu Pratiwi — Quality Control Manager, Food Science Expert
